Purpose of role

Support MG Italy's Dealers Network.

Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role

First level assistance to authorized workshops for diagnostic, mechanical, electrical and electronic problems (via ticket or phone).

Technical reports for improvement of product quality.

Support management of the warranty process:

  • Verification and approval of claims (either for technical or procedural process)
  • Support warranty claims applications of authorized warranty workshops

Support training for after-sales personnel of the authorized network focusing on:

  • Technical training
  • Product Training
  • After sales processes

On site visits to authorized network for:

  • second level technical assistance for the resolution of technical problems
  • support for after-sales new dealers start up

Experience & Educational background & Expertise

Degree in Engineering with a focus on vehicles or equivalent.

Excellent knowledge of diagnostic and workshop processes.

Deep knowledge of office package and use of spare parts/warranty portals.

Good knowledge of English both written and oral.

Knowledge of logistics processes related to automotive spare parts management.

Availability to travel.
